Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/24/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Details Specialty: Operating Room RN – Transplant (Liver/Heart/Lung/Kidney) Schedule: 06:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. with liver call (may assist with other surgical cases if no liver/transplant cases are scheduled) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12s; 40 hours for 8s/10s On-Call Requirements: 1 shift per week and two (12-hour) weekend shifts per month — discussed during interview Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs Pending License Accepted: Yes Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct Liver/Transplant OR RN experience required Skills Checklist: Must clearly reflect liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required at submission) NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start) Equipment Proficiency: Must be proficient in Misonix/CUSA Special Note: Candidates must have experience implanting organs , not just harvesting Vaccination & Health Requirements COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Nicotine-Free Policy: Smoke-free facility – all travelers must be nicotine-free ; negative 10-panel nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required.
