Accentuate Staffing is partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives that enhance care management, data interoperability, and healthcare delivery systems. This is a fully remote contract role where you’ll shape system and process improvements that directly impact patient outcomes and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare data, EHR or care management systems, and solution design. This position requires someone who can facilitate collaboration, manage complex requirements, and provide direction in both strategic and technical discussions. Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to capture and translate business priorities, requirements, and workflows into functional specifications. Analyze, map, and validate healthcare data, ensuring integrity across multiple systems and supporting data transformation efforts. Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to validate processes, workflows (HL7, FHIR, or API-based exchanges), and support system testing, including UAT. Guide solution strategies that align business needs with efficient use of resources. Contribute to process improvement by refining project delivery methods and supporting organizational change initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or related field. Business Analyst experience in healthcare, life sciences, or payer/provider organizations. Demonstrated understanding of EHR systems, care management platforms, or healthcare data interoperability (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, HL7, FHIR). Proficiency in requirements elicitation, data mapping, and UAT coordination within Agile or hybrid SDLC frameworks. SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau) for data validation or reporting. Experience with large-scale data sets, operational workflows, and system integrations. Preferred certifications: BABOK (CBAP/CCBA) or Lean Six Sigma.
