**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the design of new builds, remodels, and furnishing project. If you have a strong background in interior design and project/client management, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
— Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on design concepts, materials, color, and spatial arrangements. — Create and present designs including inspiration, concepts, renderings, and floor plans. Ensure designs meet client expectations and adhere to relevant regulations and standards. — Oversee the design process from initial concept to final installation. Collaborate with the project coordinator to ensure design intent. — Develop detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize space utilization and functionality. — Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design vision and client expectations. — Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure the project stays within the allocated budget. — Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure design intent. — Stay current with industry trends, materials, and techniques. — Work closely with builders, architects, contractors, and other design partners to integrate design seamlessly. — Maintain a strong relationship with clients in a professional manner.
**Qualifications:** — Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. — 3+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio. — Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, — Strong understanding of color theory, space planning, and design principles. — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and collaborate effectively with team. — Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. — Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
