Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Stillwater, MN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, providing executive administrative assistance, and executing clerical duties. They will support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of the appraisal firm.
Qualifications Administrative Assistance Skills Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Proficiency in Clerical Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or equivalent
