Job Summary:
As a Case Cart Technician, you support the operating room and sterile processing through coordination of the case cart system.
In this role, you will review the OR schedule daily and choose surgical case supplies using the surgeon's preference list. You will collaborate with the Sterile Processing Float Technician for sterile instruments and assemble and deliver complete case carts.
Inventory management and supply inspection are top priorities for a Case Cart Technician. You will track unavailable supplies, coordinate with Central Supply and Sterile Processing to obtain backordered items and examine incoming supplies for expiration or damage.

Education: High School diploma
Skills: On the job training to learn technical procedures and become familiar with a broad range of medical surgical items.
