Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant located in Knoxville, TN. The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, handling phone calls, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The role also involves clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. The individual will ensure smooth office operations and provide executive administrative support as needed.
Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities AR/AP data entry skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
