Studio Superette , a small and growing team based in NYC focusing on the design and project management of small to large-scale architecture and construction projects. If you have proficiency in construction and experience managing projects from start to finish, we invite you to join us in our NYC office. Please read the following carefully. Experience 1–2 years of experience in construction, construction management, architecture, or a related field Experience in framing, site construction, &/or labor management Familiarity with reading and coordinating architectural and construction drawings Experience assisting with construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists Basic understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and procurement A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Responsibilities Support senior project managers and architects in the coordination and execution of retail, commercial, and residential projects Assist in reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals Conduct site visits, document progress, and track construction issues Help prepare schedules, budgets, and progress reports Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timelines are met Research materials, fixtures, and finishes as needed Support bidding, procurement, and permitting processes Participate in meetings with clients and contractors and help document outcomes Qualities Enthusiasm for construction, detailing, and craftsmanship Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design and construction teams Highly organized with excellent time management skills Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally Comfortable working both independently and under supervision Candidates pursuing professional certification (e.g., CCM, LEED, PMP, or licensure in architecture) are encouraged The position is based in our NYC office near Grand Central Terminal. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment and are committed to fostering each individual’s professional growth.
