Position Summary
The company is hiring a seasoned Project Manager to oversee restoration projects in the NYC area. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead exterior restoration projects including masonry, roofing, waterproofing, concrete, and façade rehabilitation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in exterior restoration or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge of restoration techniques, building materials, and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
