We are seeking an experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where your expertise in Commercial Litigation, Transactional Law, HOA, Business Litigation, and Corporate Litigation will be put to the test. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in these areas and will be eager to take on challenging cases, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the success of our firm. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and clients to manage cases from inception to conclusion, including conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and presenting arguments in court.

Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations. Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and transactions. Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting well-reasoned arguments and managing all aspects of trial proceedings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their legal needs are met. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to leverage collective expertise and deliver the best possible legal solutions for our clients.

Job Details Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, Transactional Law, HOA, Business Litigation, and Corporate Litigation. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from start to finish. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Ability to analyze complex legal problems and present clear, concise, and practical solutions. Exceptional negotiation skills and experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
