Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the repair facility, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing devices.
Coordinate with technicians, customer service, and logistics teams to maintain smooth repair workflows.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment; track usage and reorder supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, shipments, and compliance documentation in accordance with FDA, ISO, and company standards.
Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving medical devices and components.
Prepare operational reports and update tracking systems to ensure visibility of repair progress.
Support audits and compliance checks by ensuring documentation and processes are up to date.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Work closely with technicians, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely turnaround of devices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support; experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries a plus.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software preferred.
Able to lift and move packages weighing up to 15 LBS

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
