Whether you're in the field or the shop, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining and repairing critical equipment that keeps operations moving.
What You’ll Do
Work as part of a field crew supporting operations under the guidance of a Field Supervisor or Specialist.
Pre-load jobs independently and assist with rigging up/down cranes and bucket trucks.
Repair and maintain pumping units and related equipment.
Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned, always aiming for top-quality work.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Flexibility to work long or irregular hours as needed
