Opportunity Overview

Teradyne is looking for a motivated, conscientious individual who has a desire to learn how software is used in the dynamic and cutting-edge Automated Semiconductor Testing industry. You will work with the Agoura Hills, California team of experienced software engineers to:

Assist in the development, testing, and debugging of current software engineering efforts

Develop solutions that advance the overall engineering team's capabilities

Collaborate with team members on software design and implementation

Support software development in the Windows environment

Build and integrate web applications with databases

Learn and apply new techniques and technologies in a professional setting

This is an internship opportunity requiring 40 hours per week onsite in Agoura Hills

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or better

Previous internship experience preferred

Software development in Windows environment

Proficiency in C#, C++, or Java

Object-oriented software design and implementation

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Database design and web application/database integration

Good attention to detail

Team player, willingness to learn new techniques and technologies

Strong understanding and practice of software engineering principles

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:

The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$47.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
