About the Opportunity
A dynamic and expanding organization in Orlando is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Partner
to join its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-oriented recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing to onboarding. As an integral part of the HR department, the Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with business leaders to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for corporate, field, and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, develop interview strategies, and execute recruitment plans
Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process
Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and background checks
Support
employer branding
and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance talent pipelines
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across departments and locations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Preferred: Experience recruiting within healthcare, construction, real estate, or other service-oriented industries
Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruiting analytics, and employment law
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
