Adecco has partnered up with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH and we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled
Assembler
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual assembly of electrical components, including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products. This position involves working from schematics and blueprints to cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires, ensuring all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
to guide assembly processes
Prepare and terminate wires
using appropriate tools for cutting, stripping, and connecting
Assemble electrical components
including wire harnesses, cables, and connectors
Utilize hand tools and equipment
such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and measuring instruments
Perform quality control inspections
on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Follow established safety procedures
and use personal protective equipment as required
Communicate effectively
with supervisors and team members to report progress and identify issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven
manual dexterity and fine motor skills
to work with small parts and components
Strong
attention to detail
to ensure high-quality, error-free assemblies
Ability to
read and follow technical instructions and blueprints
Basic
math skills
for measuring and calculating dimensions
Working knowledge of
electrical and electronic components
and their functions
Familiarity with
workplace safety protocols
and procedures
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced production environment
and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in electrical or cable assembly
Training or certification in soldering or electronics assembly (IPC standards a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Manual handling of small tools and components

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
