We are a Community Health Organization providing Medical, Dental, and Mental Health Treatment to underserved populations. Working with this organization, you will have a HUGE impact on those in the community most in need of your expertise and care.
We are seeking a President/CEO to join our amazing team as a visionary and leader over our 15+ locations around NYC!
Will Need:
• C level experience in a health care organization, preferably in an out-patient setting, with knowledge of financial management, reimbursement methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration or related allied field is required.
• Skilled in creating and implementing plans that drive growth.
• Exceptional financial and operational management capabilities.

Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration or related allied field is required.

• Exceptional financial and operational management capabilities.
• A history of innovation, transformation, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Strong understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Experience managing high-performing teams is highly desirable.
• Strong ethical judgment and unwavering integrity.
