Job Details
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills Schedule client treatments and maintain regular communication on case status Prepare and organize demand packages for attorney review and settlement negotiation Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure accurate, timely file updates Maintain internal case management systems and ensure all deadlines are met
Qualifications: 2 + years of experience in personal injury or pre-litigation case management Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication and client-service orientation Familiarity with medical terminology and records organization preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software Positive, dependable, and professional demeanor
