Assembler Level 3
here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Integrated Supply Chain. You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and products, ensuring their quality and functionality. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes by ensuring the accurate assembly and testing of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Inspect and troubleshoot products for defects or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and product quality
YOU MUST HAVE
• At least three (3) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Basic computer skills
WE VALUE
Technical certification or vocational training in a related field
Experience with Lean Manufacturing ethics
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

FAA REQUIREMENTS
