Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing of electronic systems and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a semi-skilled nature.

Solder and de-solder through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components.

Install and remove discrete components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, and capacitors on printed circuit assemblies.

Use hand tools, soldering equipment, volt meters, and other test instrumentation to assemble and test units.

Follow production drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent with vocational or technical training preferred.

0-2 years of related experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing.

Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 standards is helpful.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices is a plus.

Ability to interpret schematics, work instructions, and bills of material accurately.
