Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Define and execute product strategies for semiconductor timing products serving automotive, aerospace/defense, and industrial markets Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities across multiple verticals (ADAS, EV, radar, medical, manufacturing, industrial IoT) Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization Collaborate with engineering on technical specifications, validation, and qualification Develop product roadmaps aligned with long-term customer and market trends Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and competitive positioning Support strategic customer engagements and program development with Tier-1 suppliers, OEMs, and integrators
You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years in product management within the semiconductor industry Experience with one or more of the following sectors: automotive, aerospace/defense, or industrial/medical electronics Familiarity with relevant industry standards (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262, MIL-STD, or medical/industrial regulatory frameworks) Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and product commercialization Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
