Position Summary Do you have heart and a strong desire to help people with addiction? Reed Behavioral Health is seeking Licensed and Pre-Licensed Co-occurring Disorder Therapists to provide integrated care to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders at our beautiful new Plymouth location. This role is ideal for highly engaging clinicians who are passionate about recovery, collaborating as a team, and delivering impactful outcomes. Flexible schedules and in-person and virtual options are available to all providers.
Key Responsibilities Conduct Diagnostic Assessments/Comprehensive Assessments and develop Individualized Treatment Plans Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with agency and licensing standards as outlined in 245G and 245I Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Promote a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed environment
Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field Current licensure or license eligible in mental health (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, LP) Substance use license or certification preferred for Master's Level clinicians (e.g., LADC) Minimum 2 years of experience treating co-occurring disorders Strong understanding of outpatient treatment models and recovery principles Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with 245G and 245I requirements and commitment to compliance.
