Job Responsibilities:
This role will serve as lead on a key project involving the analysis of sales positions within a Diagnostics Segment. The project involves interviewing HR partners and sales leaders to collect relevant job information, job evaluation, and market pricing of specific roles. The role will also support the overall needs of Sales Compensation across the enterprise, especially for incentive design and 2026 plan roll-out.
Position description:
Partner with team members on a global job architecture and leveling project, serving as point person on sales roles
Research and advise on sales compensation best practices to facilitate achievement of project objectives
Conduct job evaluations using WTW software
Market price jobs as needed using published survey data
Review job content and job functional details for consultation on plan design changes
Support other compensation projects as needed including year-end planning, integration of acquisitions, and ad-hoc compensation reviews
Facilitate sales incentive design review across enterprise. Includes
maintenance of relationship with sales leadership, finance, and business executives, modeling scenarios, and providing guidance on best practices and design alternatives
Prepare recommendations of new hire and internal sales offer and promotion packages.
Provide analytical support, model sales compensation scenarios, and make recommendations.
Conduct research and analysis on compensation proposals such as retention plans, sales
incentive, and car allowances, and other compensation design and practices trends.
Provide sales compensation expertise in M&A due diligence and integration guidance
Maintain sales compensation data integrity and quality in Workday
Assist on Compensation Review Board (Governance) meetings with sales leadership on regular cadence
MUST HAVES:
5 years of compensation and/or sales operations experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with sales compensation required
Experience in a global compensation
Experience in Sales incentive design
PLUSSES:

Compensation:
$40.00/hr to $44.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
