Apply today!**About the role**We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
**Paralegal Manager** to join our legal team. This role will be responsible for managing complex corporate governance matters, supporting mergers and acquisitions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and a proven ability to lead projects.The pay range for this job location is: $100,000-$135,000.**Work Location:** Florham Park, NJ**Work Schedule:** Hybrid ( 3 Days in office 2 days from home)**Key Responsibilities:*** Serve as the primary paralegal resource for corporate governance and entity management across domestic and international subsidiaries.* Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents including bylaws, board resolutions, meeting minutes, and organizational charts.* Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing integration.* Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters and filings.* Manage and maintain corporate records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.* Prepare and file annual reports, business licenses, and other regulatory filings.* Assist with securities filings and compliance matters, including Section 16 and Form D filings* Develop and implement best practices for legal operations and document management.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of paralegal experience with a HS Diploma en lieu of a degree.
