Physician Hospitalist – Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (Burlington, MA) with Beth Israel Lahey Health. This role involves joining a growing Hospital Medicine division with day and night time opportunities at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. Responsibilities
The Division of Hospital Medicine is actively recruiting hospitalists for its affiliated site at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. The department comprises more than 60 FTE physicians and approximately 10 advanced practitioners, with a hybrid schedule including a traditional 7 on, 7 off block and regular day schedule. The department is democratically run and aims to provide exceptional patient care. Day and night time Hospitalist positions are available with patient volumes typically within SHM recommended ranges. Contribute to teamwork and professional conduct as part of a collegial group that recognizes and values provider contributions. Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess strong academic credentials including Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care; be hard-working, dependable, collegial, professional, and true team players. Willingness to participate in a hybrid schedule and adapt to a team-based environment. Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a highly competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package. Reimbursement for interview-related expenses and relocation support is provided. Assistance with licensing, visa issues, credentialing, and onboarding matters is available. Pay range: $240,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USD, with potential for performance-based incentives including productivity and quality bonuses.
