About The Role
The North American Services Team is part of the Mastercard global services organization. This is a key pillar of Mastercard’s strategy to grow the breadth and depth of our client offerings and shape the payments landscape for the future. The NAM organization delivers the latest innovations to our clients from cybersecurity, to payment optimization, identity services, consulting and more.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales plans, identify market opportunities, and align sales strategies with overall business objectives aimed at meeting or exceeding sales target.
Act as the generalist cybersecurity and fraud expert for the assigned segment, collaborating with account managers and services sales generalists to orchestrate the identification, progression and closure of Security Solutions opportunities.
Collaborate with a cross‑functional sales team to solve client problems with Mastercard capabilities.
Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned sales targets, developing and implementing sales initiatives and taking corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and historical sales data to forecast target attainment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with product development and GTM teams to provide feedback on product capabilities, market needs, ROI, and cybersecurity/fraud trends.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence – monitor competition and industry developments.
Qualifications
12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of domain expertise in cybersecurity and fraud (preferably with cyber/fraud integration experience).
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience selling technology solutions to the banking industry.
Business development or sales experience in the payments industry or consulting.
Demonstrated history of individual and team quota achievement.
Excellent client relationship management skills with a demonstrated track record of strategic selling.
Executive presence and communication skills at executive level.
Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences.
Demonstrated thought leadership and aptitude to think creatively and innovate.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000
