The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated
X-Ray Tech
to join our surgical team. In this role, you’ll operate fluoroscopy (C-arms) in both orthopedic surgery and interventional pain procedures, working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and safe, efficient workflows.
What You’ll Do Operate fluoroscopy equipment (C-arms) during surgical and pain management procedures Capture diagnostic-quality images to support physicians in clinical decision-making Apply and uphold strict radiation safety standards for patients and staff Collaborate with the surgical team in preparing procedure rooms, trays, and patients using sterile technique and universal precautions Assist with patient positioning, verification checklists, and “Time Out” processes Maintain patient comfort and communication during procedures when appropriate Support OR workflow by assisting with non-imaging tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
(required) ARRT certified or registry eligible
(required) Current BLS certification
(required) 1–3 years of experience in surgical imaging or pain management
(preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates) Solid knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and sterile field protocols Strong adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
