Indiana University Health Physicians is looking for a patient-centered, collaborative, supportive General Anesthesiologist with a commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and/or research to join our team at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Position Highlights Participate in the growth and expansion of providers within the adult academic health center Involvement in student, resident and fellow training, including a faculty appointment Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm with call included Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities including: ENT, GYN, ERCP, ECT, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, general, neuro, thoracic, CV and OB Flexible scheduling to support faculty research, academic, quality projects and initiatives Highly competitive salary Responsibilities

Residency training in Anesthesiology, required Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology, required Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana, required Training or experience in obstetric anesthesia, neuroanesthesia, or cardiac, preferred Interested in experienced providers and 2022 graduates Visa sponsorship available; H-1B Community Description

IU Health Methodist Hospital is a large tertiary referral center with over 130 ICU beds and a 1,000-bed capacity. It serves as the largest trauma center in Indianapolis, and is a highly subspecialized center for cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, lung transplantation, and neurocritical care. IU Health is building a new downtown hospital and campus, set to open in late 2027, consolidating operations of the adjacent IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals. The new facility will feature three 16-story towers with 864 beds, and IU School of Medicine is constructing a medical education and research building east of the new campus.
