The Role
We’re hiring our Founding Sales Executive — a builder, strategist, and closer — to lead enterprise and research data deals end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the founding team to define the go-to-market strategy, open new channels, and scale revenue from zero to one. Your mission: identify and win partnerships with top AI labs, model developers, and enterprises that depend on differentiated, high-quality data to train the next wave of models.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop relationships with AI labs, model-training companies, and enterprise data buyers. Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure. Craft narratives and sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, ROI models) that clearly communicate the value of our datasets. Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market playbooks. Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends in SFT, RLHF, and domain-specific data needs. Build scalable systems for lead generation, CRM tracking, and customer success.

Qualifications
5+ years in Sales or Business Development, ideally within AI data, model training, or enterprise AI solutions. Demonstrated success selling to frontier model developers, AI labs, or enterprise AI teams. Strong technical literacy around data pipelines, model performance, and AI infrastructure. Experience negotiating large-scale data or licensing agreements. Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with a technical founding team.
