About This Role
In this role you will be responsible for leading data products for cloud platforms for Capital One.
The product leader for tech data will have scope over the data products across the cloud application landscape.
This group supports and enables data-driven technology across Capital One, including AI, risk and security, and technology management.

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
8+ years of experience in Agile product management
Compensation, Benefits and Eligibility The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
Chicago, IL: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Plano, TX: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
San Francisco, CA: $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is eligible for benefits and requires status-based eligibility.
