Business Development Executive
to participate in achieving the business growth targets of the company.
Responsibilities
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
Set up a portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Maintain a very high rating on all online platforms
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
Should be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Generating sales reports for the CEO & Director Sales Department
Should have basic knowledge of CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Managing Accounts
Adding leads into the CRM
Must‑Have
3–6 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry
Proven experience in freelance platforms mentioned above.
Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
Hands‑on expertise in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web and Mobile Application development
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
