Overview
Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrator (CFFI), is seeking a highly organized and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while supporting enterprise architecture design. The SME Computer Systems Analyst will serve as technical authority for the HRMSD enterprise and integration and ensure systems design aligns with DOI standards and security policies. This position is contingent upon award.

The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define architecture for integration of Oracle 19c, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems. Develop data flow diagrams and interface control documents. Support RMF security documentation and ATO packages. Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements. Conduct feasibility studies for modernization initiatives. Serve as technical advisor to Agile teams during PI planning and sprint reviews. Travel Requirements

7+ years of systems analysis and integration experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field In depth knowledge of federal enterprise architecture and NIST SP 800 53 compliance Must have demonstrated experience in API design, development, and integration, including working knowledge of REST, SOAP, and secure data exchange protocols Must have familiarity with integration and API management tools such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Swagger, and Postman, as well as development environments including GitHub, PHP, Java, SQL, and Lucee ColdFusion is preferred. Public Trust (Tier 1) or higher) Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Compliance
