The program aims to upgrade systems and transform business processes to maximize efficiency, improve data quality, and enable integrated, enterprise-wide decision-making. Finance Integration is one of four tracks that play a critical role in delivering these outcomes. This role resides in the
Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Financial Planning & Analysis
sub-track within the Finance Integration team, responsible for implementing future-state designs that transform core finance functions. The position ensures solutions across the finance implementation align with business needs and enterprise goals, meeting business requirements and addressing complex integrations through streamlined processes that align with new technological capabilities for the relevant process area. Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Analyze the current state of the organization and perform impact assessments around processes, systems, and culture to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Monitor and evaluate progress against targets, identifying areas of improvement and making necessary adjustments. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to gain support and alignment for the transformation efforts. Serve as lead on implementation teams and the single point of contact for assigned technology workshops, oversee the development of tools, data readiness efforts, and processes to ensure successful implementation of Asset Management principles and asset integration business planning. Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development. Protect the organization\'s assets and manage private data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications
Ten or more years of business operations and/or transformation experience. Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in designing and implementing IT projects, data analytics, or advanced reporting. Proficiency with MS Office 360 applications, including TEAMS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields. Project Management Certification or equivalent experience in conducting and facilitating process workshops and end-to-end project management. Advanced knowledge and experience building enterprise-level financial reports and dashboards using S/4HANA, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar tools. Knowledge of SAP/ERP applications/modules with deep understanding of related business processes and operating models in GL Accounting, SAP Finance/Payroll modules, or S4 Hana Finance, and/or SCE cost flows. SAP ERP or S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation experience. Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal, with negotiation and influence capabilities. Experience translating complex business needs into technological solutions. Demonstrated experience advising on process improvements, operational plans, or business strategies to Sr. or Executive audiences. Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or technology solutions; proven change agent with ability to influence change. Ability to enhance safety culture, work environment, and diversity and inclusion. Additional Information
This position\'s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Details will be discussed at the interview stage and the work mode can be changed based on business needs. Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable Fair Chance laws. This position has been identified as NERC/CIP impacted; the successful candidate must pass a PRA or Background Investigation, and complete required training prior to gaining unescorted access.
