Associate Veterinarian
to join their close-knit, supportive team.

Key Highlights Long-established small animal practice with over 40 years of service in the community Collaborative, friendly team with exceptional staff longevity Strong 3:1 support staff to DVM ratio 4-day week with alternating Saturdays; 9–10 hour shifts
with a real lunch break Modern facility featuring in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, digital x-ray & dental x-ray Surgical suite with orthopedic support from a visiting specialist Competitive base salary
$115,000–$140,000+ production Relocation/sign-on bonus and full benefits package
About You DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in
Massachusetts A compassionate veterinarian who values teamwork and client communication Interested in practicing high-quality medicine with autonomy and support Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and their pets
Benefits $115,000–$140,000 base + production (no negative accrual) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Generous PTO + CE allowance Dues, licenses, and membership fees covered Pet care discounts, uniform allowance, and employee referral program Relocation or sign-on bonus available
