Overview Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a
Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
to provide compassionate, evidence-based substance abuse counseling for adults, older adolescents, and families. This part-time role offers
fully remote flexibility , with occasional group sessions or client-based work as clinically required. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intakes and substance use assessments Deliver individual and group therapy sessions Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete timely and compliant documentation Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director and team Uphold compliance with COMAR and all applicable regulations Qualifications Current
LCADC license
in good standing Proven experience in substance abuse counseling (individual and group) Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and ethics Excellent communication and time management skills What’s Offered $40–$60/hour Flexible part-time schedule Remote role with limited on-site requirements Collaborative, mission-driven environment
