About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to spearhead the U.S. launch and commercialization of its potential first-in-class investigational product. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative omni-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, stakeholder engagement, and successful product uptake. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in pharma/biotech marketing, particularly in the CNS/psychiatry space, and expertise in specialty therapeutics, complex care pathways, and novel MOA launches. The VP, Marketing will be responsible for brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, as well as comprehensive launch readiness plans that include disease awareness campaigns, HCP education, and patient journey optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing campaign development, be adept at creating compelling and compliant content for various platforms, and possess exceptional storytelling and creative development skills. A mission-aligned leader with a passion for transforming mental healthcare and reducing stigma, the VP, Marketing will also be involved in team leadership, capability building, and fostering a culture of innovation and patient advocacy. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or related field is required, with an advanced degree or MBA preferred. The role demands a leader who can manage brand P&L, budget allocation, and ROI measurement, and who is adept at cross-functional influence and partnership strategy.
