Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Active Georgia Registered Nurse license

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings

Willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and quality during surgical procedures

Assist with diverse surgical cases: Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Urology, General, and Thoracic

Operate and support advanced surgical technology, including DaVinci XI robots

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high case volumes (20-40 cases per day)
