Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Body Shop Painter to join our dynamic team at Performance Collision Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting, be punctual, certified, and demonstrate the ability to work well with a team of professionals. If you are passionate about the craft and committed to delivering top-notch work, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality painting of vehicles following manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Ensure all paint jobs are applied evenly and meet our quality standards. Mix and match paint colors to ensure perfect matches to original vehicle color. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Work efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and productivity goals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of repairs. Assist in the maintenance and proper care of painting equipment and tools. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional body shop painting experience. Certified in automotive painting (ASE or equivalent certification preferred). Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
