PACU RN Job Details Location: Duluth, Georgia 30096 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: December 8, 2025 End Date: March 7, 2026 Shift: 12-hour day shifts (9:00am – 9:30pm), 3 shifts per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $1750 - $1800 Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site Unit: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent PACU RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting Active Registered Nurse license (Georgia or compact state) Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS required Ability to work at least one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) Travel nurses must reside at least 50 miles from Duluth, GA PACU Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia after surgical procedures Monitor vital signs and assess patient status throughout post-operative recovery Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical support activities Discover rewarding PACU nursing jobs in Duluth, Georgia, and experience the best of Atlanta-area healthcare.
