Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of The Dominion Country Club. The successful candidate will assist in managing member communications, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our club's administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain and update member records, reservations, and event bookings in our database.
- Assist in coordinating club events, meetings, and social activities.
- Support membership processes, including applications, payments, and renewals.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents for club management.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and club materials.
- Support front desk operations and clubhouse activities as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of member information at all times.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or club settings.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Knowledge of club operations or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
