Introduction
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the U.S. Sales Account Management Teams and the Finance and Corporate Communications departments, as needed. You will be responsible for administrative support, event planning, and managing customer giveaways and special projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support U.S. Sales staff with administrative duties including expense reporting, travel, PTO management, purchase requisition processing and follow‑up.
- Plan and manage events and meetings for U.S. Sales & Worldwide Sales, including site selection, catering, team building, trade shows (SPIE & Semicon West), and Veldhoven group meetings in Chandler with Finance, Ops, Customer Support, and Supervisory Board teams.
- Manage customer giveaways: develop creative ideas, handle budgeting, coordinate with account managers, order, distribute, store, and inventory giveaways for tech symposiums, SPIE, Semicon, and sales meetings; assist GSC/CS groups with giveaways.
- Lead special projects such as U.S.‑EU sale initiatives—territory assignments, organizational charts, travel, calendars—and implement customer databases.
Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Other Information
Position may require travel up to 10%.
