Position Overview

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Finisher to join our finishing department. This role involves sanding, staining, sealing, and applying finish coats to custom cabinetry and components. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a good work ethic and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wood surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, inspecting)
• Apply stains, sealers, paints, and topcoats using spray equipment and hand tools
• Mix and match stains and finishes as directed
• Maintain clean and organized finishing area
• Assist other shop areas as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Prior finishing or woodworking experience a plus, but not required
