Seasonal Pre Load Package Handler - San Jose

We are hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates / Package Handlers for our Milpitas, CA location. This is a seasonal position expected to last until January 2026. Applying is quick and easy – talk to a recruiter today and you could start within the week!

Shift(s): Monday - Saturday 3:30AM - 10AM; Tuesday - Sunday 3:30AM - 10AM; Saturday - Friday 3:30AM - 10AM. Days/Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. (7 days of availability required, scheduled 5 days)

Responsibilities

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to Regularly lift, push, pull 25 - 35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or pallet to transport large packages.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Some Seasonal Warehouse Associates / Package Handlers may be converted for long term employment after Peak.
