About The Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills to bridge business needs and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems, modern data platforms, and visualization tools. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and ensuring alignment between data strategy and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports using visualization tools and SQL-based queries.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Work with AWS and Snowflake to manage cloud-based data environments and pipelines.
- Apply systems thinking to understand data flows, dependencies, and business impact.
- Present insights through storytelling and effective data visualization to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain documentation and facilitate collaboration using Confluence and JIRA.
- Contribute to the development of data architecture and best practices across analytics and reporting functions.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and Snowflake data warehouse.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data quality, and governance principles.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
- Ability to think critically and apply systems thinking to solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated data pipelines.
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems and integration frameworks.
- Background in business and data alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
