About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated warehouse teammate who will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

You Will

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to the designated employee.
• Identify nonstock, special‑order material, and damaged material and store them in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third‑party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/non‑saleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place to protect profit‑center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety by removing empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris; report safety issues to supervisor.
• Assist co‑workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's safety standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You

• 1 year of warehouse receiving and material‑handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the profit center is preferred.
