Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments of pharmaceutical products to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

• Organizing and storing products in designated areas to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
• Conducting regular inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to meet deadlines and uphold customer satisfaction.
• Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace that meets industry and GMP standards.
• Managing hazardous materials safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborating with quality control, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Participating in cycle counts and providing support to other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, especially in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, ensuring proper handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in warehouse management or inventory systems is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
