Haun Welding Supply is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have administrative and office experience, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate department
• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative or office experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
