Description

Responsible for accurately processing customer and vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations. This position works with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Review and process customer invoices, ensuring the accuracy of all account information.
• Monitor customer accounts, review aging reports, and reconcile balances as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Prepare reports related to A/P, A/R, Aging, and Cash Receipts.
• Verify and maintain vendor ACH information.
• Manage cash receipt posting and resolve related discrepancies.
• Research and address credit or invoice issues; elevate as necessary.
• Process monthly employee expense report.
• Post bank direct debits and general journal entries.
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts.
• Support YE and Bank Audits requests related to AR and cash.
• Provide assistance with accounts payable functions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
