Are you a seasoned Senior Accountant ready to take that next step or an Accounting Manager looking to trade stress for balance?

We're partnering with a small, mission-driven nonprofit in Seattle that's looking for a hands‑on Accounting Manager to support their Finance Director and help lead the accounting function through a busy season of growth. This is a full‑time, onsite role (M‑F, 8‑5) with business casual dress (nice jeans are fine) and a close‑knit, collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll handle full‑cycle accounting, lead month‑end close, oversee reconciliations, and support financial reporting and audits. You’ll review others’ work, strengthen internal processes, and be the go‑to person when the team needs direction, without the pressure of managing a large department.

You’ll join a hardworking, down‑to‑earth group that values reliability, communication, and good humor. The right person will take ownership, stay organized, and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for:

• BA/BS in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Leadership or review-level experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Nonprofit or healthcare background a plus
