Aurelian automates non‑emergency calls for 9‑1‑1 centers with an AI‑powered operator that routes, triages, and resolves calls without human intervention. This allows dispatchers to focus on actual emergencies and reduces burnout amid nationwide understaffing.
We are hiring a Recruiting Sourcer to help us scale our impact on public safety infrastructure across the US.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Source candidates across a wide range of roles to build top‑of‑funnel — from engineering to sales, marketing, design, and operations.
- Use tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn, and other creative channels to identify strong talent.
- Create thoughtful, personalized candidate searches and outreach approaches that represent our brand and mission, focusing on quality over quantity.
- Partner with the Head of Talent to calibrate profiles, align on pipelines, and iterate based on feedback.
- Move quickly, stay organized, and adapt as priorities shift.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with training at an agency or search firm and in‑house experience at a startup.
- Experience sourcing both technical and non‑technical roles.
- Extreme bias toward action, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment.
- Comfortable working in gray areas with limited structure.
- Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ready to source as soon as you jump on board.
