Location: Cedar Park, TX (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

As a Program Manager, you’ll oversee Acara’s staffing program for one of our key clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact—ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading a team of contractors and support staff.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day program operations and client communication.
• Supervising and supporting onsite team members while fostering a positive work culture.
• Handling employee relations issues, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Partnering with clients to ensure program goals, KPIs, and service expectations are met.
• Leading performance reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and client relationships.
• Traveling up to 10–15% per quarter for client visits and team support.
• 3 years of HR, staffing, or program management experience managing a 20 million+ program
• 3 years of experience with familiarity with VMS tools such as Fieldglass is a plus.
