This is a well-established medical center with comprehensive oncology services including an onsite Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center. The facility offers excellent support systems including nurse navigators and a Supportive and Palliative Care team, creating an integrated approach to patient care within a Level 1 trauma center.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Hematology/Oncology
Job Details:
• Coverage needed ASAP through March 15 to cover for a permanent provider on maternity leave
• Will consider providers who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month (ideal is 4 weeks per month)
• Clinic hours from 8am-5pm with 30 minute lunch (8.5 hours per day)
• Weekday call responsibilities plus 24-hour weekend call
• APP support available in both hospital and clinic settings
• Physicians will manage hematology and solid tumor cases
• BLS certification required
• Fellowship trained with board certification or eligibility required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days
• Variable patient encounters per shift based on clinic needs

Compensation:
